Cortical Dynamics is transforming patient monitoring with AI

The CORDYAN platform recommends drug dosages in the operating room, built on synthetic clinical datasets.

Neurotechnology start-up Cortical Dynamics is working with the AI Adopt Centre to revolutionise post-operative recovery monitoring.

Their AI-based platform, CORDYAN, integrates data from monitoring devices such as the Brain Anaesthesia Response Monitor (BARM) to recommend optimal drug dosages and enhance decision-making in the operating room.

With its Data and AI-as-a-Service, the AI Adopt Centre has created high-quality synthetic datasets that simulate diverse clinical scenarios. The start-up now hosts their data on the Azure Databricks Data Lakehouse, a secure, accessible cloud storage platform.

Cortical Dynamics is set to deliver a comprehensive prototype for further upscaling and development.
