UAP’s Global Growth Powered by Industry 5.0
ARM Hub’s partnership has enabled UAP to unify data and adopt AI, driving efficiency, innovation, and global growth.
CHALLENGE
As UAP pursued innovation and growth the company operated with multiple, disconnected digital platforms, which limited efficiency and hindered data-driven decision-making. As UAP rapidly expanded into new markets—including the Netherlands, Middle East, and Melbourne—the need for scalable, advanced technology solutions became critical. This growth also demanded upskilling the workforce and creating new roles to manage advanced robotics, AR/VR, and AI systems to streamline complex processes. Maintaining leadership in creative manufacturing required continuous innovation and operational excellence, while the pressure to unify fragmented data and streamline processes mounted across the organisation.
WHAT ARM HUB DID
ARM Hub partnered with UAP for over five years, guiding the company through the adoption of Industry 5.0 technologies. This collaboration began with robotics and AR/VR integration, which transformed UAP’s manufacturing capabilities and set the stage for further digital evolution. ARM Hub then supported UAP in implementing its Data Lakehouse and AI-as-a-Service, enabling the unification of data across the organisation. By providing expertise and a collaborative environment, ARM Hub empowered UAP to leverage generative AI for process optimisation, reporting, and knowledge management. The partnership also facilitated the launch of FARM Architectural, a spin-out company born from UAP’s innovation journey, and provided the confidence needed for international expansion.

NEW APPROACH
UAP transitioned from siloed information systems to a unified data ecosystem, built on ARM Hub’s Data Lakehouse. This centralised platform improved visibility and analytics, allowing UAP to make informed, data-driven decisions. The adoption of generative AI and advanced digital tools became integral to daily operations, streamlining knowledge management and reporting. UAP also embraced a culture of continuous technology investment, increasing its commitment to innovation five-fold. This new, scalable model supported global expansion and ensured that UAP remained at the forefront of creative manufacturing, with digital transformation underpinning every aspect of the business.
